Shutts & Bowen’s Orlando office was once again pleased to support the Annual Fire in the Park Chili Cook Off to CURE fundraiser, supporting AdventHealth for Children - Pediatric Oncology, on Saturday, January 29, 2022. Orlando partner and President of the Orange County Bar Association, Eric Reed, represented the firm at the event, joining his team as they accepted second place awards for their entry, “Chilly Dilly,” in both the Homestyle and People’s Choice categories.

Since its inception in 2013, the chili cook off has raised thousands of dollars, with funds donated toward finding a cure for cancer. The annual fundraising event was held in Avalon Park and was filled with chili tastings, music, games and family fun, with a focus on raising funds for pediatric oncology. Eric Reed is a partner in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group.
