Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Tampa office once again supported Feeding Tampa Bay on July 11, 2024, with a community service project to volunteer at the organization’s Publix Community Market, a “grocery store” within their new facility.
Attorneys and staff from the firm’s Tampa office devoted time after work to volunteer at the Feeding Tampa Bay Community Market where they assisted with selecting and packaging groceries and helping neighbors to their car. In attendance at the volunteer event were Woodrow “Woody” H. Pollack, Brian Paul, Allison Laudadio, Jessica Jackson, Asha Baity, Sandra Bischoff, Melodie Khosrovani, Bherti Patel Zaveri, Valerie Cisco, and Fred Werdine.
Feeding Tampa Bay recently moved to their new facility, which is the largest social services project in the region, measuring 215,000 square feet. Feeding Tampa Bay, part of the national Feeding America network, focuses on providing food to nearly 1 million food insecure families in the 10-county area of West Central Florida. The organization is leading the movement to end hunger, rallying our community together to create a healthier, more capable Tampa Bay and beyond.
