Shutts & Bowen LLP, a full-service business law firm, is pleased to announce that Lincoln S. Graubard has joined as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his role as CFO, he will be responsible for all firm accounting and finance functions.
Graubard, who will be based in the firm’s Miami office, has more than 30 years of experience in finance, management consulting and law firm accounting and finance. In addition to his law firm experience, he spent eight years with two of the legacy Big 6 accounting firms, where his focus areas included finance transformation, activity-based costing, performance management and SAP implementations.

Graubard is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA). He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colorado College.
