Shutts & Bowen LLP Fort Lauderdale attorney Spencer Hennings, a member of the Real Estate Practice Group, recently participated as a panelist for the Gold Coast Chapter of the Master Brokers Forum on October 24, 2024.
During the panel titled “The New Realities of Older Buildings,” Spencer discussed new condominium law, caselaw, and the condominium termination process.
