On June 12, attorney Spencer Hennings, a member of the Real Estate Practice Group, participated as a panelist for the Masters Broker Forum.

In a presentation titled “The New Realities of Older Buildings,” Spencer discussed new condominium law, caselaw, and the condominium termination process.

The Masters Broker Forum is an organization built of South Florida’s residential real estate professionals, where its members have the opportunity to network and exchange ideas and address issues that impact the real estate industry.

In 2020, Spencer received a gubernatorial appointment to serve as Florida’s Condominium Ombudsman.
