Always follow through. You will not be trusted if you don’t.

I am a work in progress but at this point, I’d say time management/ability to delegate.

These skills are acquired through experience but the foundations for me are confidence in position, respect for your adversary and flexibility.

Be excited about it yourself—excitement is infectious.
