Timothy Woodward, a partner in Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Tampa office and leader of the Construction practice group, recently participated as an educational guest speaker for Stetson University College of Law.
Speaking before students on January 19th at the law school’s Tampa campus, Tim discussed the differences between large and small law firm experiences, as well as how such experiences can help individuals to excel in their legal careers. He also discussed courtroom advocacy and his personal legal career insights, specifically as it relates to the trying of large, complex construction cases.
