On Friday, May 11, Miami partner Alexander Tachmes spoke on a panel titled “Development & Repurposing Commercial Space” at the RCA Miami 2018 Midyear Update: Commercial Real Estate & The Economy. As an industry leader, Alex discussed how clients are looking at innovative ways to repurpose existing buildings in South Florida.
