Buffinton was a featured speaker at the 3rd Annual ‘Insurance in the Construction Industry Seminar,’ hosted by The Seminar Group, Legal and Professional Education. The two-day seminar took place in Miami and covered a broad range of topics including alternative dispute resolution, construction, ethics, insurance, litigation, product liability and professional liability.
Amanda and her co-speaker Holly S. Harvey spoke about “Ethical Considerations in a Complicated Defense.” Attended by attorneys, contractors and insurance professionals, the seminar course was approved by the Florida Bar for CLER Credits.
The focus of the ‘Insurance in the Construction Industry Seminar’ was on the ever-changing world of construction growth and the understanding the current state of the law with respect to construction insurance coverages.
