Shutts & Bowen attorney, Barbara P. Richardson, has been named to the Board of Directors of Vinceremos Therapeutic Riding Center.
The Vinceremos Therapeutic Riding Center program enhances the lives of special needs people in Palm Beach County by combining physical therapy with horseback riding. Since 1981 Vinceremos has provided service to more than 1000 persons with varying emotional and physical disabilities, including at-risk teens.
Ms. Richardson primarily practices in the area of real estate, title insurance matters and equine law, which includes negotiating leases for polo, dressage and hunter/jumper barns, leases for residential and barn use and trainer-owner board and training contracts, and contracts and bills of sale for horse purchases. She is a long time equestrienne, currently riding dressage and learning to play polo.
