West Palm Beach attorney Daria Pustilnik has been re-appointed by the President-Elect of the Florida Bar to serve on The Florida Bar Journal/News Editorial Board. Daria’s term for this competitively pursued appointment begins July 1, 2019.
The Florida Bar Journal/News Editorial Board advises and assists the editorial staff. The Board works closely with the staff to develop articles of current interest and concern to the bar, selects manuscripts of only the highest quality for publication, and edits the articles.
About Daria Pustilnik
Daria Pustilnik is an associate in the West Palm Beach office, where she is a member of the International Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Daria focuses her practice on counseling companies and individuals doing business across borders. Daria has represented clients in the healthcare, real estate, energy, cruise line and other industries in their complex commercial litigation matters, such as disputes involving employment, fraud and various contractual matters. She has represented clients in various domestic and cross-border arbitrations under the rules of the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA), American Arbitration Association (AAA), the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA); and in arbitration-related litigation. Daria sits on the boards of the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court and 211 Palm Beach/Treasure Coast, a non-profit crisis hotline and referral service founded in 1971, and is a co-chair of the Business Litigation CLE committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Prior to joining Shutts & Bowen, Daria held prestigious federal judicial clerkships with the Hon. James M. Hopkins, U.S. Magistrate Judge, and Hon. Kenneth A. Marra, U.S. District Judge. In law school, Daria was an Articles Editor for the Florida International University Law Review and interned for the Hon. Donald M. Middlebrooks, U.S. District Judge; Hon. John K. Olson, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge; Hon. Stephen T. Brown, U.S. Magistrate Judge; Hon. Jose E. Martinez, U.S. District Judge; and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Florida.
