Eric Adams Speaks at National Business Institute Seminar on ‘The Rules of Evidence’

Shutts & Bowen LLP Tampa partner Eric S. Adams was recently featured as a distinguished faculty member by the National Business Institute (NBI) for a seminar on “The Rules of Evidence: A Practical Toolkit (A Real-World Application of Evidence to Courtroom Events).” The seminar, which was held on September 27, 2019 at the Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Ybor Historic District, offered 7.0 hours of CLE credits approved by The Florida Bar.

Eric presented on ‘Understanding Hearsay’ and the ‘Admission/Exclusion of Unique Evidence.’ The seminar allowed attendees to learn from experienced faculty and explore key court decisions navigating the hearsay rule and its many exceptions and discussing the admission and exclusion of evidence. Eric and his fellow speakers provided veteran tips to seminar attendees.
