Tampa partner Lauren L. Stricker has been appointed by the Florida Bar president to serve on Florida’s Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee. Her term for this competitively pursued appointment begins July 1, 2019.
The scope and function of the Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee is to assist the Governor and the Judicial Nominating Commissions in discharging their respective duties under Article V, Section 11, Constitution of Florida. The committee establishes the rules and procedures for the state's 26 nominating commissions.
