Miami business litigation partner Miranda Lundeen Soto has been installed as an American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) National Board Representative for the Miami chapter.
ABOTA is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges that are dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the right to a civil jury trial - a right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The organization’s purpose is to elevate the standards of integrity, honor and courtesy in the legal profession and to aid in further education and training of trial lawyers. Additionally, ABOTA establishes relations with other legal organizations for the purposes of promoting the efficient administration of justice and improvement of the law.
Miranda has been a member of ABOTA since January 2018.
