This comprehensive two-day course, sponsored by The Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education Committee and The Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, is designed to assist those planning to take the 2019 Condominium and Planned Development Law certification exam or anyone who would like an in-depth understanding of this practice area. Among other topics, presenters will discuss case law and statutory updates specific to condominium and planned development law; specific types of condominiums and fee simple communities; use rights and developer reservations; covenant enforcement; association operation, association technology; and more.
