Shutts & Bowen will soon be relocating and expanding its Sarasota office to 1858 Ringling Boulevard to accommodate future growth. The build out of the space is underway and occupancy is expected by mid-November. The signs have already been installed on the building.
"Joining with the excellent attorneys of Livingston, Patterson, Strickland & Siegel in late 2013 was a great way to more firmly establish Shutts' presence in the Sarasota/Manatee community. This move is an important part of Shutts' plans to strengthen and grow that presence," said Zach Rans, Sarasota office managing partner.
The new space consists of the entire third floor of the building, previously occupied by the Bank of Commerce. The firm's current space at 46 N. Washington Boulevard is fully occupied, and the new space at 1858 Ringling offers Shutts the opportunity to bring more attorneys on-board into a first class office environment.
"The new Ringling Boulevard location is less than a half-mile from our former location, which will make the transition seamless for both our clients and attorneys," said John Patterson, partner. "We are well positioned for future growth."
Although the physical office address will be changing, all personnel contact information, such as emails and phone numbers, will remain the same.
