The South Florida Business Journal has recognized Shutts & Bowen as a finalist for its “2020 Best Place to Work” award in the large business category.
Every year, the South Florida Business Journal surveys employees of South Florida businesses and asks them why their companies should be named among the Best Places to Work. The Journal then recognizes the top 45 companies which are then that are broken out into three categories – from small (10-49 employees) to large (100+ employees). Companies are examined for team effectiveness, retention risk, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement and people practices.
