Shutts & Bowen partners Joe Goldstein, Sally Woodward and Alan Higbee attended a luncheon held by the Greater Tampa Bay Chapter of Women In Defense (WID) at the Tampa Yacht & Country Club on Feb. 3. The event focused on corporate and personal legal issues impacting the defense industry and transitioning military members. Joe Goldstein presented a paper on the Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program for Federal Government Contracting. Sally Woodward, who is an officer with WID, attended and moderated the panel on the WOSB Program and Joint Ventures. Alan Higbee attended and promoted the firm’s growing federal government contracting practice.
