Olga Pina, Erik Matheney and Ella Shenhav recently hosted a luncheon seminar at the Capital Grille in Tampa for clients on non-competes. The luncheon was well attended by a variety of clients interested in non-competition issues. The presentation entitled “Non-Competes: Don’t Let your Attrition Become Your Competition” covered drafting from a corporate viewpoint and litigation perspectives. Based on the positive feedback from clients who attended, Olga, Erik and Ella plan to repeat the presentation in the future to permit additional clients or potential clients to attend.
