Alexander S. Cumming an Associate in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group.
Alexander focuses his practice on the representation of public and private sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. This includes representing employers in employment discrimination claims, retaliation claims, whistleblower actions, and challenges to employee discipline and discharge. Alex also represents clients in grievance arbitrations, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and other traditional labor law matters.
