Erica D. Fine

Erica D. Fine is the firmwide Director of Human Resources for Shutts & Bowen LLP. With more than 20 years of experience in human resource functions, Erica is responsible for resource planning, staff recruitment, staff performance evaluations, staff disciplinary procedures and employee relations, in addition to providing executive-level leadership and guidance to the Firm’s HR operations.

Prior to joining Shutts, Erica served as the Director of Human Resources for a firm with offices in California, Connecticut, Washington, D.C. and New York. She served in similar roles for the Women’s Health Care Associates PC and PricewaterhouseCoopers based out of Hartford, Conn.

Erica received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a minor in Human Resources from Western Connecticut State University and a Master of Science in Management (MSM) from Albertus Magnus.
