Flor M. Morillo is a Senior Associate in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Tax & International Law Practice Group.
Flor focuses her practice on U.S. federal income taxes, domestic and international estate planning, and corporate matters. She has experience advising individuals and families on international tax issues related to pre-immigration planning, expatriation, asset and wealth protection, and double-tax treaty benefits.
