Laura L. Kelly is a Partner in the Orlando office at Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.
Laura concentrates her practice in the areas of land use and real estate. She has extensive experience representing public and private sector clients in complex real estate acquisitions, sales, land use and development matters, including the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, easements, licenses, cost sharing agreements, joint use agreements and capacity and concurrency management agreements.
Laura’s prior experience in the government and transportation sectors uniquely equips her to navigate complex legal landscapes and positions her as a valuable source of knowledge in governmental, administrative and infrastructure related matters. Her previous role within local governmental authorities ensures a strategic and informed approach to her land use and real estate practice.
