Leila S. Oberschall is an Associate in the Tampa office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group.

Leila focuses her practice on disputes involving commercial litigation, including business tort claims and contract disputes.

While in law school, Leila was a judicial extern for the Florida First District Court of Appeal, the Florida Second Judicial Circuit, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida. Prior to joining the firm as an Associate, Leila served as a Summer Associate at Shutts & Bowen LLP.
