Matthew D. Foley is a Partner in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.
Matthew’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, property acquisition and development, commercial leasing, land use and zoning, easements, commercial contracts and general real estate matters. He advises clients on deal structuring, as well as the evaluation and negotiation of transactions involving real property.
Additionally, Matthew has experience in preparing, reviewing and negotiating contracts, agreements for sale, loan documents and commercial leases.
Prior to joining Shutts, Matthew worked at a Philadelphia law firm advising clients on real estate and corporate matters.
