Michael A. O'Quinn, Jr.

Michael A. O’Quinn, Jr. is an Associate in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.

Michael focuses his practice on transactional real estate and land use. He has experience drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, amendments, commercial leases and other documents critical to the purchase, development, sale and management of commercial real estate property. Michael has represented REITS, corporations, individuals and lenders.

During law school, Michael served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Thomas Wilson, United States District Court for the Middle of District of Florida and participated in a legal externship with the United States Air Force.
