Nicole J. Jaeger is an Associate in the West Palm Beach office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.
Nicole focuses her practice on general real estate matters and commercial real estate. She also assists in all aspects of the development process, including comprehensive land use plan amendments, environmental permitting, platting, developments of regional impact (DRI), due diligence, and preparing development applications for submittal to local government agencies.
