Rachel Lisitsa is an Associate in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.

Rachel has experience representing developers, buyers, and sellers in connection with commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development and financing of various asset classes. Additionally, she has represented national clients in the transfer of real estate assets in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
