Ryan P. Eaton is an Associate in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.
Ryan focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters involving the financing, purchase, sale and closing of real property transactions.
During law school, Ryan served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing & Research I and II where he led individual and group learning sessions to supplement course curriculum. He also served as an Articles & Notes Editor for Volume 22 of the Florida State University Business Review. Prior to joining the firm as an Associate, Ryan was a was a Summer Associate at Shutts & Bowen LLP.
