Shiza Francis is an Associate in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Government Law Practice Group.

Shiza focuses her practice on matters related to administrative, commercial, constitutional and governmental law.

Prior to joining the firm as an Associate, Shiza served as a Summer Associate at Shutts & Bowen LLP. While in law school, Shiza was the Executive Editor for Symposium Issue of Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. She also interned at House Committee on Oversight, the Missouri Solicitor General’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri. Prior to law school, Shiza worked at the Federalist Society, the White House Office of Management and Budget, and the Office of General Counsel for the Governor of Florida.
