Sofia D. Areces is an Associate in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.
Sofia focuses her practice on transactions and commercial real estate matters involving the financing, purchase, sale and closing of real property.
While in law school, Sofia was an Executive Board Articles Editor for the Florida International University Law Review. Prior to joining the firm as an Associate, Sofia served as a Summer Associate at Shutts & Bowen LLP.
