Devon A. Espino is an Associate in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.
Devon’s practice is focused in real estate development and finance, including representing for-profit and not-for-profit developers in the acquisition, development, and financing of commercial property and affordable housing developments throughout the State of Florida. She also has experience in the creation, documentation and operation of condominiums, planned developments, mixed use projects and hotels.
While in law school, Devon served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Robin S. Rosenbaum of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Honorable Ivan F. Fernandez of the Florida Third District Court of Appeal.
