Eduardo H. Rivero is a Partner in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Mass Litigation Practice Group.

Eduardo primarily represents insurance carriers in personal injury protection litigation matters, specializing in the interpretation and application of automobile insurance policies.

Prior to joining the firm, Eduardo practiced as an Assistant State Attorney in the Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney, where he handled homicide and other punishable by life offenses and tried over thirty cases to verdict.

During law school, Eduardo worked as a Law Clerk for the District of Columbia Office of the Attorney General and Judge Richard Roberts of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. He has also served as a Congressional Intern under Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen.
