Shane P. Fitzsimmons

Shane P. Fitzsimmons is a Senior Associate in the Jacksonville Office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Construction Practice Group.

Shane focuses his practice on construction law, including the negotiation and drafting of construction contracts and construction dispute resolution. 

His previous experience includes dispute resolution in construction litigation and arbitration matters, as well as appeals.  Prior to joining the firm, he practiced as a staff attorney for the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal.

Shane earned his Juris Doctorate degree, manga cum laude, in 2017 from the Florida State University College of Law, where he received the Certificate of Business Law with highest honors and was a member of the Florida State University Law Review.
