Shirley M. Grinstein is an Associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group.

Shirley focuses her practice on disputes involving commercial litigation, including business tort claims and contract disputes.

While in law school, Shirley was a notable contributor to University of Miami’s Inter-American Law Review. She was also a member both the International Moot Court Team and the University of Miami Trial Team, participating in various competitions including the IBA ICC Moot Court Competition at the Hague, the All-Star Bracket Challenge National Trial Competition, the FJA Earle Zehmer Mock Trial Competition, and Chester Bedell Mock Trial Competition. Prior to joining the firm as an Associate, Shirley served as a Summer Associate at Shutts & Bowen LLP.
