William N. Jacobs is a partner in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Financial Services Practice Group.
Bill’s practice involves banking law, commercial law, international lending and private banking, secured transactions, creditors’ rights, letters of credit, negotiable instruments and other UCC matters.
He also regularly speaks at bank workshops and to bankers’ associations regarding international lending, secured transactions, private banking, check fraud and other collections issues, as well as pitfalls in opening and administering bank accounts.
