The West Palm Beach office of Shutts & Bowen recently welcomed Robin King as a partner in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group.
An AV-preeminent rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, Robin concentrates her practice in estate planning guardianship, probate and trust administration. She has experience in working with LGBT families on all types of estate planning issues and also drafts pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
Prior to joining Shutts, Robin worked for several distinguished Florida firms. She also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Norman Hendry at the Third District Court of Appeal in Miami, Florida. Robin frequently lectures to attorneys, CPAs, financial planners and others on various estate planning, estate, guardianship, and trust administration topics. She also served as an adjunct professor at both Barry University and Florida International University’s paralegal programs.
