Shutts & Bowen LLP is pleased to announce that Mark Rosenwasser has joined the firm as its Chief Operating Officer. Rosenwasser will oversee the firm’s administrative and management functions, ensuring that the Executive Committee’s strategic policies and objectives are effectively implemented.

With more than 25 years of executive management experience, Rosenwasser held COO and director-level positions at prominent New York City law firms before relocating to South Florida. His extensive background includes law firm administration, finance, human resources, facilities management, information technology and organizational structure optimization.

Rosenwasser earned his undergraduate degree from Skidmore College and his law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York.
