Mark Rosenwasser

Mark Rosenwasser is the Chief Operating Officer of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he oversees the firm’s day-to-day administrative and management functions and ensures that the Executive Committee’s policies, goals, and objectives are effectively implemented. With more than 25 years of executive management experience, Mark previously served in COO and director-level positions at prominent New York City law firms before relocating to South Florida.

Mark’s extensive background spans law firm administration, finance, human resources, facilities management, organizational structure optimization, information technology and security. With his combined legal and administrative expertise, he provides operational and strategic direction to all areas of the firm, including Finance, Accounting, Billing, Human Resources, Facilities, Business Administration, Office Support Services, Marketing, and IT. His leadership helps maximize the firm’s overall performance and continued growth.
