On November 17, Miami partner Michael Lozoff hosted the Credit Union Practice Group’s 6th Annual Credit Union Roundtable. The event, presented as a courtesy to clients of the Credit Union Practice Group of the firm, was attended by more than 35 Florida credit union CEOs and directors.
Mike was joined by fellow Shutts & Bowen attorneys Woody Pollack, Jodi-Ann Tillman, Patrick Brugger and John Bustard. Attendees and presenters discussed recent successful IP litigation led by Woody and Jodi-Ann, as well as governance and recent regulatory issues and an economic forecast for 2024 presented by credit union professionals.
