Michael Lozoff (Mike) is a Partner in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP and is a member of the Financial Services Practice Group and Chairs the firm’s Credit Union Law Practice.
Mike has practiced credit union law for more than 40 years, providing legal advice to federal and federally insured state credit unions throughout the country. His practice focuses on regulatory compliance, strategic planning, board governance and the handling of adverse examination findings. Mike has been recognized as a “Top Lawyer” by South Florida Legal Guide in finance, has lectured throughout the country on credit union regulatory matters, and published numerous articles on credit union related topics.
