Dominic “Nico” A. Romano is a Senior Attorney in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Alcohol & Regulated Industries Practice Group.
Nico focuses his practice on the laws governing the hospitality industry. Nico is particularly experienced in handling a wide range of alcohol beverage matters. His previous experience also includes serving as the Deputy Vice President of an infused beverage company. With more than 20 years of experience, Nico has also worked on complex real estate transactions, negotiations, and processes for multi-family and retail properties.
