Thomas S. Cargill (Tom) is a Partner in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group.

Tom focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on general business and commercial matters on behalf of regional, global and Fortune 500 clients. He has successfully handled a wide variety of business litigation matters in state and federal courts across the country, from the outset of litigation through jury trial verdicts.

His broad experience as lead counsel includes work related to breach of contracts, partnership disputes, deceptive business conduct, fraud and misrepresentation, property rights, trade secrets, professional negligence, and general liability.
