Ivane Sargent

Ivane Sargent is a partner in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Mass Litigation Practice Group.

Ivane primarily represents insurance providers in personal injury protection litigation matters, specializing in the interpretation and application of automobile insurance policies.

While in law school, Ivane served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Patricia Marino-Pedraza and was a Certified Legal Intern in the Office of the Public Defender for the 11^th Judicial Circuit of Florida.
